This is me…
Sales & Marketing Assistant… As my title says; I assist the sales & marketing department in all ways. I process all membership cards for Gusto, Blackhouse and Est Est Est, manage opening bookings and guest lists, monitor menu stock levels, liaise with unit PA's on a regular basis, assist with printing jobs, reporting, researching, sourcing of various items and much more.

This is what I've done…
I'd love to say I have a degree but I don't! I left school to follow my passion of working with horses – worked as an eventing groom which was such hard work, very demanding and pleasurable but unfortunately didn't pay well! I then decided to do a bit of office work when I stumbled across this job back in 2003. I worked as a temp data inputting then got offered a more permanent role as Sales & Marketing Assistant, I had a break from this in 2005 and went back to college for a year, completed my course and passed with flying colours but missed the joys of LV and came back!

And this is what I'm all about…
As mentioned before my passion is with horses, my life revolves around horses, I'm afraid my horse comes first in my life. I spend most of my time looking after my horse 'Des', my niece's pony 'Tinks' and my boyfriend Ed! I do also like to have a social life and manage to get out for the odd meal or drinks with my buddies. I enjoy sports; horse riding, Eventing, running, swimming, kayaking and walking – not that I get chance to do much of it but the thought is there!
