This is me
One of the longest serving members of the LV team I started work with Tim and Jeremy in 1996 in Via Vita Birmingham as a flaired bar tender, and, in between hangovers and disciplinaries began working my way up the career ladder and am now Senior Operations Manager for Gusto. My role involves looking after eight restaurants, from the development of the concept to the folding of napkins.

This is what I’ve done
Before joining the company I would like to say silver service was going to be a career path as working in such places like the state dining room at Warwick castle and serving such legends as Bob Monkhouse and most of the Royal family at some stage was all the kick I needed to pursue any career in the industry. Since beginning with the company 12 years ago as a bar tender I have done a fair bit of everything in the company and had a few laughs along the way! I became bar manager of Life Café Liverpool and then went on to become Assistant General Manager and then General Manager. I returned to my home land of Birmingham to become General Manager of The Living Room and broke all company records for spend per square foot at all times with Christmas being my forte. My skills and expertise were noticed by the Board and I was then promoted to my current role. My years have had me smoking with Justin Timberlake and drinking with the legend that is Les Dennis! Every day has seemingly been life changing.

This is what I’m about
I live in the wonderful Birmingham in a city centre apartment, drive a fast car and live with my wonderful partner, Star. I do believe the years of working hard for LV has tamed the beast within as babies, marriage, a new house in the ‘burbs and a beige Volvo are all on the cards! Looking very much to the future.
