This is me…
After a seven year absence I returned to the company as General Manager of the Hale Grill and in August this year returned to my original position in training and operations. I am responsible for all front of house training and ensuring that the people on the front line i.e. waiters, bartenders, hosts, expeditors and P.A.s have the tools and skills to do their job. I also oversee all of the training at new store openings and along with Colin Knott ensure that we have all of the things we need to open a new restaurant.

What I have done…
I love to travel and started my adventures at the Jump in Hong Kong (yes old schoolers!) From there I was fortunate to travel &work for Planet Hollywood where I notched up approximately 15 restaurants opening for them as a company trainer. This took me to far flung places like Guam, Singapore, Tel Aviv and even Gatwick airport!
I finally ended up in Dubai and decided to stay for a year or so. After that I worked for Life restaurants and saw the birth of the Living Room before realising I still had the travel bug. The last few years have seen me living in Spain running my own place on the beach and living the dream!!!!!!!!!

What I am about…
The birth of my beautiful son Beau prompted my return to the U.K and I have retired my rucksack and passport to the attic. I am looking forward to the exciting times ahead with Living Ventures and am happy to be back in the Capital of Culture where I belong. I will be moving in to my new house with my boyfriend Steve in the New Year and plan to have another baby by next year (only joking Tim!)
