This is me....
Qualified in 2005 with 6 years experience in the world of HR. Got a degree in psychology too (but no, I can't read your mind.) It is my responsibility to ensure we're all legal! Essentially ensuring we operate within the realms of employment law and implementing and advising on all HR policies and procedures across the company. Duties range from management recruitment, employee benefits, disciplinary and grievance casework, issuing contracts and employee relations. I also oversee all HR, Training and Development administration with the amazing Dave Mansbridge and the fabulous Beverley Roberts. 

This is what I've done...
I started with LV when we were only 8 TLR units big, with no one in the job before me, so I've grown and developed my career along side the company for which I'll always be grateful. I'd like to think I've helped to set up an effective and efficient HR department where honest and realistic advice is delivered. I've seen many people come and go, and come back again, cos once you've been LV-ed - you're 'All in!' Loads of fun, loads of passion and great inspiring people! 

... And this is what I'm all about
I think I've earned my school girl nick name of Monkey-catcher. (Not that I really catch any monkeys you understand.) I'm a trained dancer, although I hung up the ballet shoes a few years ago, I still like to cut some groovy shapes on the dancefloor. I've been to some cool places, my favourite being New York and Nairobi and I love a visit to the theatre. I like wine and Winehouse and I drive a V W Beetle called Alfie.
